Encino sits in the south central San Fernando Valley. It runs from Victory Boulevard in the north down to Mulholland Drive at the ridge, with the 405 freeway along its eastern edge and Lindley Avenue on the west. Reseda, Lake Balboa, and the open ground of the Sepulveda Basin are its northern neighbors, Sherman Oaks is east, and Tarzana is west. We are a family owned company based in Reseda, only a few minutes north, so an Encino address is a short local drive for us rather than a trip across the Valley.
Ventura Boulevard runs through the middle and splits the place into two fairly different halves. South of it the ground climbs into the north slope of the Santa Monica Mountains, where roads such as Encino Hills Drive and Hayvenhurst Drive wind up toward Mulholland and houses sit on large hillside lots behind gates. North of the boulevard the land is flat, and the blocks off White Oak Avenue, Balboa Boulevard, and Hayvenhurst Avenue hold single family tract homes, most of them built through the 1950s and 1960s, along with a belt of condos and apartment buildings close to the boulevard itself.
Every visit is done by our own trained team, never a subcontractor, and we bring every supply with us. We plan the work around the actual property rather than a fixed block of hours, and the scope and the figure are agreed before anything goes on the calendar.
Signed, the Honest Maids crew.
