How does timing work around a lease end or a close of escrow?
The deadline sets the schedule. For a lease, the clean should land after the last of your things are out and before the landlord walks the unit, so the place is inspected in the state we leave it. For a sale, most sellers want it done in the days just before closing or the final walkthrough. Give us the hard date and we book backward from it. Escrow dates move sometimes, and if yours shifts, text us and we will move the clean with it where the schedule allows.
Do you handle move out cleaning for the gated communities in Calabasas?
Yes. Communities such as The Oaks, Calabasas Hills, and Mountain View Estates come with a guard or a call box at the entrance and rules about access, and none of that is a problem when we know ahead of time. The oven gets the interior, the racks, and the door glass. If either is being left behind for the next occupant, an inspector will open it, so we treat both as standard on this service.
Can you match the date my lease ends or my sale closes?
We do our best to hit the exact date, and the earlier you book the more likely we hold it, because move out dates cluster around the end of the month and around closing days when everyone needs the same slots. What if the buyer or landlord is not satisfied at the walkthrough?

Because we are based in Reseda and serve the whole west end of the Valley, the neighboring areas over the hill are on the same routes.
